A High Priority on Customer Service
When Northside began searching for a provider of health education materials in 2007, they put a premium on customer service. They needed a partner they could work closely with to deliver a broad spectrum of the best educational materials to their couples. It was also critical that their chosen provider performed ongoing updates to keep the materials in sync with current medical standards. CCI easily met all of these requirements.
Crafting A Familiar Presence
Because Northside distributes a number of CCI’s publications to their expectant parents, it was important to them that the materials had a cohesive look. The customer service team and art department at CCI worked closely with Northside’s staff to develop an attractive, custom design for the materials they use, which include The Gift of Motherhood, The Joy of Parenthood, Breastfeeding—A Great Start, and A New Beginning. This design also extends to the online and digital materials they offer.
Benefits of Multiple Platforms
CCI fulfilled another of Northside’s goals—to meet the educational demands of today’s couples. The hospital offers A New Beginning eBook and video on their website for parents to access on demand. They also provide online childbirth and breastfeeding programs as well as a mobile app. The maternity department has found that this variety of educational formats builds relationships with their community by meeting parents’ needs for additional learning options.
