2-Color Overprint Customization

2-Color Overprint of your facility’s information onto our standard pre-printed 4 color covers. A one-time fee of $150 will be charged to set up your personalized cover.

2-Color Total Customization

2-Color Total Customization uses 2 colors of your choice, completely customizing the front, inside front, inside back and back covers using any photos and any additional information you provide to us. A one-time fee of $150 will be charged to set up your personalized cover.

4-Color Total Customization

4-Color Total Customization (full color) consists of completely customizing the front, inside front, inside back and back covers using any photos and any additional information you provide to us.
