2-color overprint of your facility’s information onto our standard pre-printed full color covers and any additional information on the inside front, inside back and back cover. A one-time fee of $150 will be charged to set up your personalized cover.

2-color total customization uses 2 ink colors of your choice, completely customizing the front, inside front, inside back and back covers using photos and additional information you provide to us. A one-time fee of $150 will be charged to set up your personalized cover.

4-Color Total Customization (full color) consists of completely customizing the front, inside front, inside back and back covers including photos and additional information. Your covers will be in full color. A one-time fee of $150 will be charged to set up your personalized cover along with a 4-color cover charge.

You may choose to have your customized cover with one or two pockets to allow insertion of other printed pieces. You can customize it in 2 or 4 color.
